Step 01
Prepare Your Documents
Before visiting a registration centre, ensure you have at least one valid form of identification.
Checklist
Tip: Your NIN (National Identification Number) is now mandatory for voter registration.
Step 02
Visit an INEC Registration Centre
Locate your nearest Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) office for biometric registration.
Step 03
Collect Your PVC
Your Permanent Voter's Card (PVC) is your ticket to the ballot box. Without it, you cannot vote.
Step 04
Vote on Election Day
On election day, go to your assigned polling unit with your PVC. Voting opens at 8:30 AM and closes at 2:30 PM.
